Notice of special face-up head

· Due to shrinkage during the head replication process, there may be gaps between head lid and head.

· In makeup, things like dust and moles can be found. If you remove it arbitrarily, it can't be recovered, so please be extra careful.

 

 

Caution

· All of our English communication will be done by google translator.  

· You will not be allowed to make any other order in future if no payment process completed in 48 hours after receive confirmation email. 

· Since all heads, face-up, and eyes are handmade, it’s NOT perfect symmetry and NOT identical even among same products. 

· NO A/S or personal request (ex. partial adjustment or fixing, etc.) accepted for face-up. 

· Heads and eyes are all produced in Korea and there can be some glitch made from production process.  

· If you have any problems with the product and components, please send us an email within two days. 

· Please keep Certificate of Authenticity well. NO re-issuance. 

· Please make a careful purchase as the product will be delivered internationally.
